Welcome to Quantum Home Tuitions. To ensure a professional, secure, and mutually beneficial learning environment, we require all clients (parents/guardians) to review and adhere to the following policies before commencing classes.

1. Enrollment & Trial Period

  • Complimentary Demo Class: To ensure the right academic and pedagogical fit, Quantum Home Tuitions provides a one complimentary demo class with the assigned tutor.

2. Fee Structure & Payment Routing

  • Advance Payment: All tuition fees are strictly payable in advance at the beginning of every monthly billing cycle.
  • Payment Routing: The first month’s tuition fee must be submitted directly to Quantum Home Tuitions via our official payment channels. From the second month onward, parents may remit the monthly fee directly to the assigned tutor.

3. Tutor Engagement & Exclusivity Guidelines

  • No Direct Dealing: Parents are strictly prohibited from bypassing the agency to deal directly with a tutor introduced by Quantum Home Tuitions for private engagements.
  • Legal Action: Any attempt to negotiate fees, hire, or engage the tutor privately outside the agency’s knowledge constitutes a severe breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of services and subsequent legal action.
  • Waiver of Agency Liability: If a parent engages in direct, unapproved dealing with a tutor, Quantum Home Tuitions is entirely absolved of any liability regarding the tutor’s conduct, academic performance, safety, or any financial disputes that may arise.

4. Attendance, Leaves & Make-Up Classes

  • Tutor Absences: If a tutor takes a leave of absence, they are obligated to compensate for the missed time by scheduling a make-up session (e.g., on Sundays or by extending regular class hours). If the tutor cannot cover the missed classes, parents may deduct the per-day fee amount from the subsequent month’s payment.
  • Student Absences: Tutors are not liable to schedule make-up classes or adjust fees for casual holidays or short-term leaves taken by the student.
  • Extended Vacations: If a student takes a pre-planned vacation exceeding 15 consecutive days, the full monthly fee is waived. Payment for that billing cycle will be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the number of active teaching days.

5. Tutor Replacement & Notice Period

  • Tutor Replacement Policy: If a parent feels the current tutor is no longer a suitable fit, they may request a replacement. Quantum Home Tuitions will arrange a highly qualified alternative tutor within 3 to 5 working days at no additional agency cost.
  • Notice Period: Parents are required to provide a minimum notice of 15 days to both the tutor and the agency before discontinuing tuition services.

6. Agency Accountability & Service Guarantee

  • Protection Against Fraud: We thoroughly vet our professionals. However, in the highly unlikely event of a breach of commitment (e.g., a tutor taking advance payment and ceasing contact), Quantum Home Tuitions assumes full liability. At the parent’s discretion, the agency will either process a refund for the unfulfilled days or immediately provide a backup tutor.
  • Strict Vetting & Safety Standards: Your child’s safety is our highest priority. We mandate a rigorous onboarding process for all our tutors, which includes identity verification and qualification checks, ensuring that only trusted and capable professionals enter your home

7. Study Environment & Decorum

  • Safe Learning Environment: Parents must ensure a quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free environment during tuition hours.
  • Guardian Presence: For the safety and comfort of both the student and the tutor, a guardian or responsible adult must be present on the premises at all times while the home tuition session is ongoing.

8. Breach of Contract

  • Termination of Services: Any violation of these terms—including delayed payments, inappropriate behavior toward the tutor, or unapproved direct dealing—will be considered a breach of contract. Quantum Home Tuitions reserves the right to immediately withdraw the tutor and terminate services without a refund.

  • Privacy & Data Usage: “By inquiring with Quantum Home Tuitions, you consent to us collecting your basic contact information (phone number, email, address) solely for the purpose of matching you with a suitable tutor and managing your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.”
  • Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction: “Any grievances regarding teaching quality or professional conduct should be reported immediately to our administration desk. Any unresolved legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.”
